Our approach to food, using the freshest local sustainable ingredients available, is to fuse our southern roots with other ethnic cuisines-'fusion soul food', as we see it. Our promise, with over 20 years experience in the industry, is to continue supporting social issues and to create memorable feasts for 'the body and soul'.
